INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the challenge organized by Decade of Kindness (the "Organizer"). By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms.

WINNER SELECTION

  • The Organizer reserves the right not to select a winner for a given month or year if there are insufficient participants.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to select a winner even if the nominee did not win the popular vote on the website for the month and/or year.

DECISIONS AND APPEALS

All decisions made by the organizers regarding winners and the competition are final and not subject to appeal.

CHALLENGE MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the challenge under certain circumstances. Participants will be notified accordingly.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Participants must meet specific eligibility criteria, such as age, residency, or any other requirements set forth by the organizers.

COMMUNICATION

  • Participants will be notified of important updates and announcements through the provided contact information. It is the responsibility of participants to check for such communications.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the next top nominee will be awarded.

DOCUMENTATION AND VERIFICATION

  • Participants are required to provide appropriate documentation or proof to verify the completion of their acts of kindness.

  • Participants may be disqualified if they fail to adhere to the stated eligibility criteria or if their acts of kindness are found to violate the guidelines.

AWARD MODIFICATION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the nature or value of the award at our discretion.

PROMOTIONAL USE OF INFORMATION

By participating, individuals grant the organizers the right to use their name, image, and details of their acts of kindness for promotional and publicity purposes.

SAFETY AND LIABILITY CONSIDERATIONS

  • Participant Responsibility: Participants acknowledge that engaging in acts of kindness involves inherent risks, and they are responsible for their safety and the safety of others during the challenge.

  • Assumption of Risk: By participating in the challenge, participants assume all risks associated with their acts of kindness and understand that the organizer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of participation.

  • Safety Emphasis: The organizer encourages participants to prioritize safety in their acts of kindness.

GENERAL

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Organizer, superseding any prior agreements.

  • The Organizer may update these Terms from time to time, and participants will be notified of any changes.

By participating in the challenge, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.
